In 11th grade English class our teacher did something like this, she gave us each a sheet of paper that had a bunch of descriptive words. We put our name at the top of the paper and then the papers were randomly passed through the class five or six times. People anonymously checked whatever they felt described you and then we eventually got the papers back. I remember getting really contradictory descriptions of my self, but it was a good idea none the less... maybe someone who teaches a class could try an exercise like that, hmmmm.
